BTS Software Solutions is seeking a Senior Instructional Systems Designer to support the planning and development of military exercises. This opportunity is for an upcoming award expected in May 2025. Job Description: Apply sound instructional design theory and the science of learning while performing a variety of activities including analysis, design, development, and review of instructional and performance interventions. Executes activities based on exercise objectives, learner characteristics, culture, context, current research, and project specific factors. Primary Location: Fort Eustis Virginia or Fort Leavenworth, Kansas Clearance Requirement: Uncleared Degree Requirement: Bachelor's degree in instructional design or project related field Relevant Experience:
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in instructional design or project related field. Must be a US citizen.
