The Manager of the Instructional Design Team will oversee the development and implementation of high-quality instructional materials and programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in instructional design, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What you will do:

• Lead and manage a team of instructional designers to develop engaging and effective learning materials.
• Oversee the design, development, and evaluation of instructional content, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other departments to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
• Ensure the use of best practices in instructional design, including the latest trends and technologies.
• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of instructional materials.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in instructional design and technology.

What we expect of you:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or Education, and minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, with at least 1 year in a managerial role within an IT company OR 9 years of experience in instructional design, with at least 1 year in a managerial role within an IT company
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and other instructional technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay range: $ 111,000 - $ 132,000 depending on experience and skill set

Annual bonus target of 10% subject to terms and conditions of plan
