Description
Product Launch & Development Coordination
- Oversee and manage the logistics for new product launches, ensuring smooth execution from development to market introduction.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (Sales, R&B, Operations, Regulatory) and external partners (manufacturers, suppliers, and customers) to align product launch timelines and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between manufacturers, suppliers and customers on any changes to raw materials or finished product production.
- Track and report on product launch milestones, deadlines, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure execution remains on schedule.
Supply Chain & Manufacturing Coordination
- Manage and track purchase orders from initiation through to the shipment of finished products to customers, ensuring timely delivery.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to anticipate potential supply chain challenges and proactively implement solutions.
- Monitor and mange raw materials inventory in SAP, providing timely reports to Sales and Operations teams.
- Ensure that production schedules are aligned with overall business objectives and that stakeholders are updated on timelines.
Quality & Compliance Support
- Facilitate the review and approval of product artwork, ensuring compliance with regulatory and branding guidelines.
- Support the review of master batch records for product release to customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain product documentation (Certificates of Analysis, Master Batch Records, Bulk Blend Records) to support regulatory and quality requirements.
Process Improvement & Performance Tracking
- Develop and maintain a vendor scorecard to evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and implement best practices for more efficient product launches and supply chain coordination.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to product development, manufacturing, and logistics.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelors of Applied Science (required)
Experience
2 - 3 years: Project Management (preferred)
3 - 5 years: Product Launch Management, Supply Chain Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations. (Preferably Dietary Supplement, Pharmaceutical, or Consumer Goods industry) (required)
