Job Summary

This key leadership position will be responsible for delivering all financial reporting for the xScale business. This includes liaising with various joint venture partners and the xScale Managing

Director in understanding their reporting needs and requirements and driving deliverables to completion in a timely manner. The is a highly collaborative role that requires managing and

influencing teams across the xScale business including asset management, business operations, tax, treasury, billing and accounting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in

reporting, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. Will consider up-levelling to a Director for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Investor Reporting


  • Develop a robust reporting framework by collaborating with Investors and internal stakeholders in order to meet all the joint venture requirements for reporting

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in putting together quarterly reporting materials, ensuring all information is relevant, accurate and the proper reviews have taken place

  • Conduct investor calls and present financial information in partnership with the asset management team

  • Gather investor feedback and make improvements to the process as needed

  • Assess reporting requirements for any new joint ventures and establish framework and processes to deliver on those requirements

  • Act as a consolidator for all xScale information, and make sure all investor reporting is consistent across functions

  • Field ad hoc reporting requests from investors and collaborate internally to respond to those requests


Management Reporting


  • Assist with internal management reporting for all xScale stakeholders as needed, in liaison with the xScale FP&A

  • team

  • Internal stakeholders include, but are not limited to, xScale Managing Director, xScale leadership team, xScale finance VP, Corporate FP&A team and others as necessary


Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture

  • Provide leadership to cross-functional teams to achieve reporting goals

  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including JV partners, and internal stakeholders


Qualifications


  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing global teams

  • Project Management: Ability to project manage cross-functionally and deliver reporting within establish timelines

  • Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to think strategically and develop reporting frameworks that align with our investors' strategic needs

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred

  • Ability to collaborate and manage tight timelines

  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills

  • Passion for continuous process improvements

  • Ability to self-start and propose ideas for solving smarter
