If you want to be part of tomorrow's health today, we want to hear from you. The Patient Assistance Service Manager oversees and leads a group of +10 Patient Assistance Program (PAP) Representatives. The Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the complete day to day operations and revenue goals of the PAP program across multiple health systems. The Manager assumes ownership of a group of customers, work processes, and PAP recovery management to maximize savings that meet and/or exceed monthly revenue goals. Provides effective leadership and counsel to customers to fully execute the terms of the McKesson RxO contract and maintain positive relationships with their customers while ensuring satisfaction of services. Handles escalated customer problems. Works to identify opportunities for service expansion and collaborates with other departments to execute the strategy and implementation of expanded offerings including Customer Success, Implementation, and Data teams. Collaborates with and communicates program savings, updates, and challenges to leadership and executes judgement in the escalation of any operational issues. Key Responsibilities
Minimum Requirement Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 6+ years of professional experience and 0-2 years of supervisory experience. Critical Skills

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
