Job Overview:

Quality Innovation, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to oversee the successful performance and compliance of the National Guard's Substance Abuse Program (SAP), Suicide Prevention Program (SPP), and Risk Reduction Support efforts. The Program Manager will serve as key personnel responsible for contract management, ensuring all deliverables and products meet the necessary standards, and addressing any issues that may arise during contract execution. This position requires a strong background in program management, military operations, and cross-functional coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Oversight: Ensure the effective execution of SAP, SPP, and Risk Reduction Support programs, ensuring all work is completed in compliance with contract terms and objectives.
  • Contract Compliance: Oversee all required products and deliverables, ensuring their timely and accurate submission.
  • Key Personnel Role: Serve as the primary point of contact for the COR-HRS, COR-RA, and KO, responding promptly to any questions, requests, or concerns.
  • Problem Identification: Proactively monitor program execution, identifying issues and ensuring timely communication with the government regarding any funding or execution-related challenges.
  • Reporting and Notifications: Regularly review contract performance and inform the government of any critical issues, ensuring transparency and compliance with program goals.


Required Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Master's degree in business administration, Social Work, or a related field, or
    • Bachelor's degree in business management, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.


  • Experience:

    • For Master's Degree holders: At least 10 years of experience in managing programs.
    • For Bachelor's Degree holders: A minimum of 3-9 years of experience in program management, with at least 10 years of experience working with military programs.




Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working directly with the National Guard Bureau (NGB) or military-related agencies.
  • Familiarity with SAP, SPP, and Risk Reduction Support programs.
