This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for a Customer Success Product Director:

Drive customer engagement and satisfaction with RingEX, our AI-powered communication and collaboration service. Own customer success from onboarding to full adoption, including new feature introductions, measured by engagement and upsell.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive customer success product strategy. Align roadmap with company goals and market opportunities. Use data, feedback, and analysis to drive feature development. Focus on Product Led Growth (PLG) for adoption and monetization. Monitor churn, satisfaction, usage, and adoption.

  • Feature Intake & Prioritization: Gather and prioritize new feature requests for phone, messaging, meetings, app experience, and desktop app releases.

  • Phone Functionality Management: Oversee UI changes and new features based on customer feedback and business needs.

  • Desktop App Release Management: Manage desktop app builds and releases, including support for various environments.

  • Team Management: Direct and mentor a team of Product Managers in California and in Asia.

  • Stakeholder Communication & Transparency: Oversee go-to-market strategies and product launches. Manage expectations and maintain transparency with cross-functional leaders.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years product management experience, 2+ years at director level, with SaaS solutions.

  • Ability to make rapid decisions balancing business value and resource availability.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

  • Experience partnering with engineering and design teams.

  • Excellent written and presentation skills.

  • Ability to simplify complex issues.

  • Track record of managing the product life cycle.

  • Cross-functional leadership.

  • Knowledge of cloud voice/video communication (Bonus).

  • Experience with distributed teams (Bonus).

  • MBA (Bonus).

If you are hired in Belmont, CA the compensation range for this position is between $194,600 and $278,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
