Responsibilities

Empower AI seeks a Senior HR Systems Analyst with demonstrated experience in HR systems service delivery, maintenance & governance. The individual will need a deep understanding of HR processes and key foundational components of managing and maintaining HR systems (organizational hierarchies & structures - supervisory, locations, job, etc.). Passionately inquisitive with strong problem solving & customer service skills that maximizes HR value add to Empower AI. Experience leveraging data analysis and periodic reporting to identify deficiencies and implement targeted process improvements. Knowledge of HRIS implications & interface with other cross-functional teams & applications is essential.

In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting Empower AI's mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments.

Detailed Responsibilities:

    Strong business systems analysis skills specific to all HR processes & scalable solutions - including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, talent management
    • Day-to-day operational needs as well as strategic roadmap initiatives
  • Adept at functional requirements elicitation and solution/design activities to collaboratively recommend & develop effective solutions.
    • Business process re-engineering, fit/gap analysis, documentation, CONOPS development
    • Development of current state and future state process flows to support Analysis of Alternative solutions
    • Functional requirements translation into system requirements
  • Provide expertise & knowledge of building & executing strong test strategies, plans & scripts - including traceability, user acceptance testing
  • System configuration (day to day enhancement or maintenance development as well as steaming from larger project/process improvement efforts
  • Assist with managing the various system upgrades & releases by researching, evaluating & communicating the pros and cons of new functionalities critical to current gaps and/or ongoing process improvement efforts to meet changing user and organizational needs
  • Help support (monitor, maintain, troubleshoot) integrations within (or dependent upon) the Empower AI HR system environment for operational continuity.
  • Provide tier 1 end user support for HRIS related tickets within ServiceNow, our Ticket Management System.
    • Provide sharp troubleshooting & quick resolution for system-related problems
    • Customer focused & scalable solutions
  • Assist with the development & deployment of change management strategies, plans, materials (jobs aids, user guides, training briefings) to support all end users
  • Act as a aligned & collaborative business/systems partner with other Empower AI departments (Payroll/Finance, MIS, Contracts, Facilities, Security, etc..)
  • Help to ensure HR data integrity through governance practices, data/reporting analysis & generation of HR analytics
  • Act as a HR advocate & liaison - cultivating an energic and collaborative environment while building positive relationships across all levels of internal stakeholders and with third party vendor representatives to solve problems
  • Works to maintain and develop other HR employees in their skillset and usage of HR Data


Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years' experience with at least 7 years of HRIS Administration experience
  • Bachelor's degree (or experience in lieu of a degree)
  • HCM, ATS, HR Analytics tools knowledge & experience
  • Direct experience with Workday (Core, Reporting, Benefits) and iCIMS applicant tracking system
  • UKG
  • Must be highly communicative and organized
  • Exhibited follow-through and detail-oriented work products
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, Microsoft Excel pivot tables and v-lookup functionality
  • Go getter problem solving skills
  • Quick ability to assimilate to new systems and eager to learn and support overlapping technology systems as necessary
