General Purpose

The FTM - IMS is the primary Integrated Management System SME providing regional support to Supply Chain and Other Business Units in developing, implementing and maintaining the organization's integrated management system to ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and FSSC 22001) while driving continuous improvement across the Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages operations. Build IMS capability through training and knowledge then transfer to facility associates throughout CCSWB. Leverage IMS discipline to drive performance and operational effectiveness. Develop, review, and communicate IMS requirements to ensure compliance with KORE and drive operational effectiveness.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Build capability throughout the Organization: identify, analyze, and close system gaps:
  • Identify, analyze, and close IMS gaps. Collaborate and support Core teams for Beverage Operation Plants' IMS. Assures that facilities have a healthy Integrated Management System. Identify and /or present IMS as needed for PSS. Provide guidance on IMS discipline and KORE requirements.
  • Supports the development and maintaining strong working relationships among CCSWB, North America Operating Unit, and AC. Responsible for ensuring that facilities meet TCCC, NAOU, AC, CCSWB and other Brand Partner requirements to manage and mitigate risks to our stakeholders and trademarks
  • Managing KORE System Updates:
  • Manage KORE updates to all facilities along with annual Integrated Management System Assessments against KORE and review for compliance and completion. Ensures Corrective Actions are initiated as required. Sole provider of directions on product disposition to organization on all quality disposition. Ensures robust root cause analysis is conducted on all incidents prior to sharing with Corporate and Brand Partners (KO, KDP, and MEC). Facilitate initial investigation prior to an IMCR event. Ensure and standardized system wide Management Review across all manufacturing that integrates into region level Management Review. Primary point of contact (in conjunction with the Director of Quality & Environmental) with external partners (KO, Dr. Pepper, Monster) on all IMCR events.
  • Continual Improvement:
  • Supports Regional initiatives for Plant teams and Projects. Troubleshooting Lead in building IMS maturity. Responsible for coaching and mentoring associates in the areas of Management Systems, Internal Auditing, Root Cause Analysis, Problem Solving and Corrective Actions. Conduct verification of effectiveness for GAO, Regional and Facility Corrective Actions. Change and Exception Reporting; Assist in replication process for commercialization of product, process and package change management (3PCM) activities. Support building QA manager quality and food safety capability. Collaborate, train, and support Management System Facilitators and Internal Auditors at Manufacturing Facilities.
  • Responsible for sending out and compiling various Supply Chain monthly reports
  • Responsible for reviewing and revising, when needed, the Onboarding Plan, Routines and Roles & Responsibilities for key facility positions.
  • Responsible for facilitating and participating in Annual Facility Technical Review Assessments and Support Sessions. Participate in the CCSWB Annual Operational Risk Assessment
  • Provide support with the Onboarding of associates in key Managerial Positions.
  • Ensure facility compliance and completion of HYPERTrack Compliance Assessment and Compliance Calendar.
  • Responsible for facilitating the Bi-weekly IMS/MSF Meetings and the Weekly IMS Regional Meeting.
  • Provides training to departments on the Sigo System and creates and updates documents in the system

Functions:

  • Maintain IMS calendar to identify touch points across the system

  • Search for new Technologies to minimize IMS failures and improve capability.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced technical or business degree ispreferred
  • Minimum 5 Years Food and/or Beverage experience in manufacturing
  • Preferred 7 years, multiple platforms
  • Preferred skills required are skills are ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FSSC 22001 and ISO 19011 Certifications
  • Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI)Certification.
  • Project Management
