CLA is growing and seeking to hire an Experienced Associate - Transfer Pricing to join our talented International Tax Services practice. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment. The team is known for its agility in researching and navigating new and complex issues to create opportunities.

  • Prepare and review transfer pricing planning deliverables, documentation
  • Assist in controversy issues associated with transfer pricing
  • Assisting companies with supply chain
  • Help companies accurately implement and monitor their transfer pricing
  • Provide a fully integrated approach to transfer pricing by preparing documents and assisting in defending transfer pricing in audits
  • Model financial outcomes, valuing intangible assets and developing practical planning approaches
  • Manage and schedule multiple engagements
  • Develop an understanding of client's needs to identify international tax planning opportunities
  • Become a subject matter expert for the team engagement team
  • Maintain technical expertise by being current with changes in industry and legislation
  • Participate in local office and firm wide business development opportunities

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1 year of relevant experience required (prior experience via internship(s) may be acceptable)
  • CPA eligibility preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office products required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principals and tax laws and regulations related to international operations required

The wage range for this position is: $33-$54/hr

Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
