Machinist

Staffmark is partnering with a top automotive parts manufacturer in Walton, KY, and we're looking for an experienced Machinist to join their team. If you have a passion for precision work and are skilled with machinery in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Pay: $20-23/hour, Based on experience.

Shift: 1st shift

As a Machinist, you will be responsible for machining parts to print using various machines and methods. This role requires precision and the ability to work independently, ensuring quality at all stages.

Responsibilities:

• Machine parts for tooling and manufacturing lines
• Operate manual mills and other machinery
• Read blueprints and use metric measuring tools
• Cross-train in basic welding and assembly
• Collaborate with the team to meet production goals
• Maintain high-quality standards and attention to detail

Job Requirements:

• Ability to read shop blueprints and use metric measuring devices
• Comfortable using computers
• Preferred: Associate degree or vocational training in machining
• Familiarity with Mastercam, G codes/M codes, and Flow Water Jet machines is a plus
• Self-motivated and a team player
