Econometrica, Inc., has an immediate opening for a Staff Associate. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required to successfully perform this job.

The Staff Associate will:



  • Perform moderately complex work under the direction of senior staff members.


  • Manage projects and tasks through planning, executing tasks, communicating on workload, and delegating as necessary.
  • Participate in the delivery of complex change programs that enhance the client's business.
  • Transfer learnings between projects and opportunities to improve systems of technical assistance and project management.
  • Provide technical assistance through identification of problems, research to overcome problems, provision of assistance, and follow-up to ensure that the client's needs are met.
  • Synthesize and analyze large quantities of qualitative data.
  • Direct performance of elements of a project that are related to his/her education and experience.
  • Provide support to junior staff members.
  • Review RFPs, and one-page evaluation and makes recommendations.



Required Skills & Experience



  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project coordination.
  • Experience in technical support and analysis of complex programs, measures, processes, and procedures.
  • Experience in consulting organization.
  • Ability to perform formal quality assurance reviews.
  • Strong ability to write and review proposals.
  • Subject matter expertise related to health appeals and audits and writing recommendations.
  • Ability to solve problems collaboratively.
  • Ability to anticipate problems and provide solutions.


Education



  • Associate of Science in Nursing (A.S.N).

Work Environment

The office is located in beautiful downtown Bethesda. We are located at a Metro stop within walking distance of great restaurants and local fare. We have a typical office setting with a quiet-to-moderate noise level.
