Are you a master of logistics and organization? Join our team as a Planning Manager, where you'll be the backbone of our client events, ensuring every detail-big and small-is flawlessly executed. From managing room setups to budgeting and vendor relations, you'll have a hand in shaping unforgettable experiences. If you're a proactive problem solver with a knack for client relations, we want to hear from you!

• Building strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Managing multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
• Negotiating contracts and tracking budgets effectively.
• Problem-solving with a proactive and consultative approach.
• Communicating clearly, both verbally and in writing.

• A minimum of five years of meeting planning experience.
• Three years of experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with meeting management technology.
• A college degree and possibly a CMP certification.
• A go-getter attitude with the ability to adapt swiftly to new technologies.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Planning Manager is between $57,000 - $75,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
