*Description*
* *Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:* * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and other devices. * Identify and resolve network connectivity problems. * Troubleshoot software applications and operating systems. * *User Support:* * Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, or in-person. * Answer user questions and address their IT-related concerns. * Document issues and solutions in a ticketing system. * *Hardware and Software Management:* * Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software. * Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on computer systems. * Set up new user accounts and devices. * *Other Responsibilities:* * Train users on computer hardware and software applications. * Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software. * Follow established procedures and protocols for IT support. * Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and best practice *Top Skills Details* Help desk, Troubleshooting, Active directory, Technical support *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Windows and Mac experience is a plus for this role. Working and supporting windows PCs, Mac PCs, Apple devices.. "we can build from there." *Experience Level* Level 2 *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
