*Description*
This work is to support the access provisioning and deprovisioning for various enterprise systems, need to adhere to the IAM controls and procedures that are set up, fulfilling access request in a certain amount of time. Generally they should have system level administrator background, in between a help desk and senior system admin there. 2+ years of IAM experience, provisioning access of identities through AD, mainframe/RACF, database systems like Oracle/SQL. Also helping with level 2 identity management issues. Fast paced team, being able to collaborate with the other partners on the business to resolve access issues. Also assist with improving deployment and processes and tool use, including the maintenance of operations procedures we use to provision the access, Actual CLIENT DESCRIPTION: Technology Operations and contribute to large-scale planning related to Technology Operations deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Technology Operations challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Technology Operations deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Technology Operations. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. Desired Qualifications: ** Hands-on experience with IAM Tools (SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, Microsoft Entra ID)* **Experience with authentication standards (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, Open ID, SCIM).* *Experience with security compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX, PCI) *Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and achieve deliverables *Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills *Customer service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner *Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $35.62 - $37.00/hr.
