Job Summary

As a Chief Architect with 18 to 20 years of experience you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction and architectural strategy for our organization. Your expertise in CX-Solution Architect and Enterprise Architect combined with your domain knowledge in Medicare and Medicaid Claims and Payer will drive our success. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site during day shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of architectural strategies that align with business goals.
  • Oversee the design and integration of complex systems to ensure seamless operation.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure that architectural solutions are scalable secure and cost-effective.
  • Conduct regular reviews of system architecture and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation and standards.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the company's technical capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly in the Medicare and Medicaid Claims domain.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in architectural practices.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Monitor and address technical debt to maintain system health and performance.
  • Support the development of project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • The qualified candidate will be expected to travel on a very limited basis, as required for business, up to 5% of the time or less.

Required Experience

  • Possess extensive experience in CX-Solution Architect and Enterprise Architect roles.
  • Demonstrate deep domain knowledge in Medicare and Medicaid Claims and Payer.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and mentorship skills.
  • Show proficiency in designing and integrating complex systems.
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Be adept at evaluating and implementing new technologies.
  • Maintain a strong focus on scalability security and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in architectural practices.
  • Support the development of project plans and timelines.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions.

Preferred Experience

  • Prefer experience in Healthcare Payer Systems: This includes a deep understanding of claims processing, provider payments, and healthcare data integration. Familiarity with payer platforms such as Trizetto Facets and experience with solutions like Zelis Payment Integrity are highly valued.
  • Prefer Compliance and Data Security Expertise: Strong knowledge of healthcare data security standards such as HIPAA and HITRUST.
