Job Summary

The Staffing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the placement, and performance of staff during baseball games and events. This role ensures that all areas of the stadium are adequately staffed, that employees are well-trained, and that the venue operates smoothly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing large teams in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

  • Manage staff for all baseball games, events, and stadium operations. Ensure proper staff coverage for general concessions.
  • Coordinate with department managers to ensure the right staff is placed in the right roles at the right times.
  • Adjust staff assignments as needed to address unexpected changes or emergencies.
  • Supervise and support stadium staff during events, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to ensure high standards of customer service, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with staff to address concerns, improve morale, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about their roles, safety procedures, and customer service expectations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of stadium policies and protocols to ensure staff adherence.
  • Ensure all staff are aware of and comply with event-specific needs, timelines, and operational priorities. Help identify areas for improvement in staffing processes and collaborate with management to implement enhancements.
  • Customer Experience:
  • Monitor staff interactions with guests to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
  • Address any issues or complaints raised by guests and ensure swift resolution.
  • Act as a liaison between staff and upper management, ensuring clear and timely communication. Provide daily reports on staff performance, attendance, and operational needs.
