The Division Food Safety Director is responsible for developing and maintaining all QA programs, meeting FDA, customer, and Corporate requirements, ensuring the quality and safety of supplied goods, and sustaining the Corporate Safety Program. Must have strong knowledge of HACCP, the FDA Food Code, and local regulatory requirements. This position oversees the food safety and quality assurance program for the division dining centers and is responsible for the overall food safety behaviors of those centers. Facilitates the food safety program and maintains technical process-related programs and tools to address education and training needs. Works to integrate food safety compliance into day-to-day operations at multiple levels within the division. A strong background in foodservice, quality assurance, food safety management systems, and regulatory requirements is a must. Location:
