Pay: $19 - $20 per hour

1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to collaborate with multiple teams and branch locations
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail



As a Purchasing Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the materials team and ensuring smooth procurement and customer service processes across multiple locations. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate purchase order data, processing transactions promptly, and supporting stock transfers and shipments.

Purchasing Administrator Responsibilities:



  • Ensure Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) updates for purchase orders are accurate in the system
  • Perform accurate and timely stock receiving, including calculated costing
  • Manage stock transfers between company locations
  • Coordinate inbound domestic and international stock shipments
