Previous Helpdesk or Desktop Support or PC Technician or Data Center experience is preferred. IT certifications are desirable for this role. Description: This Candidate will be supporting an IT project to upgrade the technology in this company's Distribution Centers. This candidate will be replacing old PC's and upgrading to new devices in the DC and the DC vehicles (i.e. high-lo's, fork lifts, etc.). We are looking for IT Technicians that can be flexible with their schedule but primarily work 1st shift. The details are below: 1 IT PC Technician Start date: May 5, 2025 Shift: M - F, 8 am - 5 pm Project timeline: 3 weeks Number of devices being replaced: 75 Conditions: Warehouse, with hard cement floors. One refrigerator and One Freezer building that the technician will be in for part of the project. This Technician needs to be mechanically inclined as these devices need to be mounted to various warehouse equipment. Know how to migrate data, download printer drivers, and follow written instructions. They will need to be patient and flexible, The technician will be responsible for equipment inventory, inventory, and packaging of old equipment for return and daily reporting.
