Job purpose for Corporate Administrative Assistant position:

This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service skills while delivering on administrative tasks and specialized support for the executives within the corporate suite and ensures efficient operation of the office. Assists various departments with a variety of administrative functions.

Duties and responsibilities for Corporate Administrative Assistant position:



  • Assists Corporate suite staff with administrative duties such as preparing correspondence, documents and reports, scheduling, routing incoming mail and other tasks
  • Actively supports various departments and committees with periodic duties and projects
  • Greets, assists and directs corporate suite visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assists with the online account application process
  • Manages, maintains and tracks all data for retail sales tracking and incentive calculations
  • Acts as back up to the Mailroom, including duties such as sorting, delivering, and distribution.
  • Prepare employee and customer correspondence and mailings
  • Assists with event planning and event facilitation
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications for Corporate Administrative Assistant position:

Required Experience



  • Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excels in time management capabilities


Education



  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
