Director/Senior Director, Sales Enablement

Location: Yardley, PA

Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer

Job Summary:The Director of Sales Enablement plays a crucial role in supporting sellers in today's complex selling environment. High-performing enablement functions focus on providing targeted support that simplifies the seller experience and reduces seller burden, leading to increased conversion rates. The Director of Sales Enablement will help organize and disseminate content to accelerate the sales cycle and ensure all sales reps have the content they need to do their jobs effectively. Additionally, this role will play a heavy role in optimizing commercial data analytics by elevating systems and operationalizing commercial strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create System to Regularly Identify Pipeline of New Large Deals:Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new large deals to drive business growth.
  • Strategic & Tactical Planning:Facilitate and help execute upon strategic and tactical plans for large deals with the commercial organization, ensuring accountability through regular deal team cadence as well as seeking alignment of available internal tools to support deal strategy.
  • Value Proposition Development:Support the development of value proposition tools and materials for the sales team to leverage in their engagements in collaboration with customers and marketing.
  • Competitive Intelligence:Develop a systemic process for collecting and distributing competitive intelligence frequently with both the field and leadership teams.
  • Solution Development:Lead the development of internal and external innovative solutions to address new needs or improvements to internal processes, and/or to meet customer needs to drive business growth.
  • Customer Satisfaction:Develop and implement a systemic process to ensure existing long-term customers have active touchpoints and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Pricing System Management:Develop and implement a systemic process to ensure our pricing databases are up to date, easy to reference, and provide data insights to support margin improvement management in deal assessment.
  • KOL Management Program:Establish and manage a systemic program to identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), ensure the team is maintaining regular touchpoints, and leverage Voice of Customer (VOC) insights for new business development ideas.
  • Optimize Commercial Data Analytics:Elevate systems and operationalize commercial strategies and processes to enhance data analytics capabilities and drive business growth.

Direct sub-functions reporting into this role:

  • Data Analytics, Pricing, Inside Sales and Associate Sales Managers interns we will be dotted line to the Regional Directors but will reside under this role to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive sales internship program leading to consistent and thorough training experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field, and ideally, in the radiopharma space.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing sales enablement strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
