LyondellBasell Basic Function
The Process Safety Assurance Team (PSAT) Specialist is a key member of the LYB Bayport POTBA site process safety assurance team. The primary focus for PSAT specialist will be field support for operations to champion process safety programs/systems within the site to drive awareness and ownership at the front line level and to strive for excellence in process safety performance. The PSAT specialist will support operations by providing feedback on performance, in the field coaching/training of new hires, and other continuous learning activities. The individual will interface primarily with operations and technical organizations, but will have a diverse group of customers including engineering, operations, maintenance, plant management, HSE, and corporate process safety. * Direct report of the PSAT Lead. As member of the PSAT team, support the PSAT goals and objectives. Min. Qualifications
* A minimum of 8 years' experience operating a chemical or petrochemical manufacturing facility. Preferred Qualifications
