As a People Operations Coordinator at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the People Operations team and will report to the VP, Business & People Operations. Your contributions to the team will support the efforts of our entire organization as we strive to change the aviation industry through advanced automation. You'll be a part of an incredible organization and a key contributor to our day to day success.
Responsibilities
In your role as People Operations Coordinator you will be supporting the People Ops department in various administrative and operational tasks including onboarding of employees, contractors, and advisors. You will focus on maintaining employee records, orchastrating training for all levels of the team, and providing administrative support to employees and contractors.

Basic Success Criteria
  • 3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant or Coordinator within a People team; or Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field and 1+ years of experience working within a People team.
  • Excellent Google Suite skills and an ability to readily switch between Microsoft Office and G Suite applications for editing and document comparison
  • Familiarity with managing offer letter and contract execution processes
  • Proficiency with HR systems (e.g. ADP, BambooHR, BenAdmin systems) for data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance and labor laws
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism
  • Customer centric mindset and positive attitude to provide responsive support and an excellent employee experience
Preferred Criteria
  • Experience with HRIS implementation or optimization, configuring workflows and processes to streamline data entry and reporting
  • Demonstrated experience developing engaging training materials or guides for onboarding and development processes
  • Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities
The position will be located onsite at our facility in Mountain View, California.
The estimated salary range for this position is $84,000 to $98,000/annual salary + cash and stock option awards + benefits. At Reliable Robotics, we strive to provide competitive and rewarding compensation based on experience and expertise, as well as market conditions, location, and pay equity.
In addition to base compensation, Reliable Robotics offers stock options, employee medical, 401k contribution, great co-workers and a casual work environment.
This position requires access to information that is subject to U.S. export controls. An offer of employment will be contingent upon the applicant's capacity to perform in compliance with U.S. export control laws.
