Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Training Execution Coordinator to join our team in Holland, MI. This is a fully remote role that requires frequent travel to Holland, MI. As a Training Execution Coordinator, you will:
Becomea go-to resource for training support, resolving issues, managing projects, and providing guidance to less experienced team members.Contributeto the continuous improvement of training programs and processes, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organization.
Essential Functions
- Coordinate training logistics: Coordinate training logistics for in-person and virtual training events, including scheduling, catering, and materials preparation.
- Communicate with stakeholders: Communicate with training participants, instructors, and vendors regarding training details, schedules, and logistics.
- Support training delivery: Provide support for training delivery, including setting up classrooms, assisting instructors, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Maintain training records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, including attendance, evaluations, and certifications.
- Utilize training technology: Utilize training technology, such as learning management systems and virtual training platforms, to manage training programs and track participant progress.
- Support digital learning: Assist with managing the digital learning system, ensuring content is up-to-date and accessible.
- Contribute to process improvements: Identify and suggest improvements to training processes and procedures.
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
- Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
- Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Education Equivalency:
- Relevant certification or vocational training.
Work Experience:
- 1 year related experience
- Related experience such as administrative support, event coordination/management, and utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.

Additionally:
- Ability to work onsite in Holland, MI multiple times a month.
- Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) software.
- Experience with virtual conferencing tools like Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.
