Summary
Responsible for supporting the efficient functioning of clinic facilities and ensuring the smooth flow of patient care working closely with healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and patients to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive patient experience.

Essential Functions
-Assist patients with registration, appointment scheduling, and provide general information about the facility's services and procedures.

-Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.

-Perform various administrative duties, including maintaining patient records, updating databases, and managing documentation related to patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.

-Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of patient information.

-Schedule patient appointments, coordinate with healthcare providers, and manage appointment calendars.

-Notify patients of any changes or cancellations and reschedule as necessary.

-Monitor and manage the flow of patients within the facility, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and minimizing waiting times.

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Licenses and Credentials

Experience
Experience in a healthcare or customer service role. 1-2 years preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse patient populations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, electronic medical records, and common office software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare operations.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
