Title: Light Industrial - General Labor II / Machine operator / Assembly Operator Duration: 6+ months (Contract) Location: Hendersonville, NC 28792 Pay Rate: $20.00/hr. on W2. Shifts: 2-2-3 schedule (12 hour shifts; 7am-7pm/7pm-7am) Job Description: Position is located onsite, working on a 2-2-3 schedule (12 hour shifts; 7am-7pm/7pm-7am). Two weeks will be on day shift, then two weeks on night shift, then two weeks on day shift again, etc. Candidates MUST be able to swing between both days and nights. Assisting the K-C operator(s) working in mill wide reclaim. Position is more of a "Machine Helper" being able to pick up rolls and place them on a conveyor/move them around as needed. Candidates need to have some sort of machine operating experience, not just forklift experience. Required Experience: Assisting with grade changes and occasional deep cleaning. Required lift truck driver training - KC or 3PL and provide. Will need to load the line with material either manually or via tractor. Will need to be able to load and unload material on trailers. Assist with routine cleaning and housekeeping. Capable of lifting up to 50. Work environment is not climate controlled.
