Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring aPromotions Services Manager to work with our Sparkteam in ourLa Vergne, TNoffice. This person serves as the primary point of contact for IngramSpark Professional Services sales team and clients seeking to engage with Ingram marketing products and services. Creates strategies for promoting and supporting client titles via marketing services and products that deliver customer engagement and sales growth in our wholesale market. Provides leadership, insights and influence to IngramSpark clients and sales representatives related to understanding and reaching consumers through online advertising.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or directly related year for year experience
  • 5 years' experience managing book marketing, B2C/B2B, and/or direct consumer marketing programs
  • 2 years managing projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management experience
  • Experience building out a suite of marketing services
  • Graphic design experience is a +

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and manages the marketing strategy for IngramSpark titles with input and collaboration from stakeholders across Ingram iD, ISD, IMA, and other relevant teams.
  • Creates and implements marketing initiatives that improve the KPIs of the business as it scales, including point of sales diversity, retail sales, units, and revenue.
  • Facilitates and manages relationships with third-party marketing and advertising vendors to support strategic campaigns and high-impact projects, ensuring effective execution and performance.
  • Develops an understanding of publishers' lists of titles to ensure a strategic and tactical approach to growing sales and improving market performance.
  • Keeps abreast of market trends, consumer behavior, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making and improve client outcomes.
  • Maintains active communication with business units including IBC, ILS, LS Content Solutions, Catalog teams, CoreSource, and ICG Marketing to provide insights, data, and training that enhance publisher success and business performance.

Hiring Salary Range:$72,895k-$92,168k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
