Ingram Content Group (ICG) is seeking a Sales Operations & Services Manager to join our IngramSpark team in La Vergne, TN! This pivotal role bridges sales and marketing efforts, driving business growth through strategic execution and operational support. Acting as a key partner to the IngramSpark sales and promotion services teams, this role manages and implements critical initiatives-ranging from sales campaigns and product launches to scaled onboarding, pricing model adjustments, and business development strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or directly related year for year experience
  • 5 years' experience managing book marketing and/or direct consumer marketing programs
  • 2 years managing projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing consumer marketing programs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and manages direct outreach strategies for the IngramSpark sales team, supporting volume and seasonal campaigns throughout the year to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Supports the promotion of IngramSpark titles to retailers and consumers through catalog curation, targeted marketing strategies, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Leads the execution of strategic projects, including product rollouts, business model adjustments, and the launch of new services, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing goals.
  • Tracks and analyzes the success of sales and promotional campaigns, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
  • Maintains active communication with internal teams and business units, including IBC, ICG Marketing, legal, finance, manufacturing, and customer support, to align on strategic initiatives and provide actionable insights.
  • Interfaces regularly with IngramSpark team members and clients to manage marketing services and promotional activities, addressing client needs and driving engagement.

Hiring Salary Range:$72,895k-$92,168k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
