Description The candidate will need to be extremely well-organized as they will need to track shipments, delivery, and installation status. They will be working with a dedicated Project Manager who is overseeing the project and working with them to organize and track the scanners. They will need to have intermediate-advanced Excel skills which includes V-lookups & Pivot tables to track the shipments and store updates. They will also need to contact stores via phone that aren't completing the upgrade timely. Need someone with patience and some technical ability over the phone to step end-users that may not have any technical ability themselves.
