What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Oversee digital marketing, content strategy, social media, and marketing automation.
- Ensure compliance with advertising and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with business units to support product growth and outreach efforts.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance to guide decisions and drive results.
- Lead community engagement and partnership development initiatives.
- Manage third-party vendors, marketing budgets, and team performance.
What You'll Bring:
- Marketing Expertise: Minimum of 3 years in marketing, public relations, or advertising, with at least 2 years in management.
- Credit Union Experience: At least 2 years working within the credit union industry.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to build and implement marketing strategies that achieve measurable results.
- Digital Savvy: Strong understanding of digital tools, social media, and marketing analytics.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with advertising regulations in the financial industry.
- Leadership: Experience mentoring teams and managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
