VP of Marketing (Primarily Remote)

This position is primarily remote with occasional in-office needs and is eligible for candidates located in: AL, FL, GA, KS, MI, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, or VA.

Full-time schedule required.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee digital marketing, content strategy, social media, and marketing automation.
  • Ensure compliance with advertising and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with business units to support product growth and outreach efforts.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance to guide decisions and drive results.
  • Lead community engagement and partnership development initiatives.
  • Manage third-party vendors, marketing budgets, and team performance.

What You'll Bring:

  • Marketing Expertise: Minimum of 3 years in marketing, public relations, or advertising, with at least 2 years in management.
  • Credit Union Experience: At least 2 years working within the credit union industry.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to build and implement marketing strategies that achieve measurable results.
  • Digital Savvy: Strong understanding of digital tools, social media, and marketing analytics.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with advertising regulations in the financial industry.
  • Leadership: Experience mentoring teams and managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
