Shift Options:



  • 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • 2/2/3 rotating schedule (work 2 days, off 2 days, every other weekend work Fri, Sat, and Sun)



Pay: $15.00/hr

Responsibilities:



  • Oversee production and manage attendance for temporary staff
  • Coordinate shift needs and assist with project setup
  • Provide hands-on training in safety, quality, and production
  • Work alongside your team on the production line, operating packaging equipment
  • Assist with changeovers and maintain Continuous Improvement Logs (CILs) and centerlines
  • Collaborate with other leads to ensure staffing and operational success
  • Offer feedback to team members for both positive reinforcement and areas of improvement
