Job Summary

We are seeking a SalesForce Techno Functional BA with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Financial Service Cloud SFDC Development & Customization Insurance Cloud Omnistudio SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. Proficiency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of the Customer organization business processes business requirements current and proposed systems and new system design.
• Facilitate project team to understand functional requirements
• Work with the Testing Lead to coordinate and manage SIT.
• Conduct product demo sessions for Customer SMEs
• Conduct Requirements Workshop jointly with Customer SMEs
• Collaborate with Customer SMEs to define To Be Business Processes
• Prepare Functional Specifications
• Act as the point of contact for Customer for functional aspects act as a bridge between offshore team and Customer
• Conduct training sessions

The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 - $186,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
