Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Executive for our CHD team with 0 to 1 years of experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong English speaking skills and have domain experience in Online ISV and Hi-Tech industries. This hybrid role involves day shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and executing daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Provide support in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize strong English speaking skills to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all activities.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
  • Support the team in achieving project goals and meeting deadlines.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management review.
  • Engage with clients in the Online ISV and Hi-Tech domains to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
