Description
SECOND SHIFT POSITION Installs, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, physical structure, and pipe and electrical systems, following specifications, blueprints, manuals, and schematic drawings, using hand tools, power tools, hoists, cranes, and measuring and testing instruments. This is done under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor. Assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment. Supports all internal quality procedures, safety programs, and participate on problem solving teams. Also responsible for practicing good housekeeping standards. Observes, listens and analyzes operating machines to diagnose machine malfunction and determine need for adjustment or repair. Installs, programs, or repairs automated machinery and equipment such as robots or programmable controllers. Others duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum: High School diploma or an equivalent, journeyman maintenance and/ or 5 years' experience. A Degree/ classes in Electrical plus 5 years of experience is preferred. Behaviors

Technical/other training (preferred)
Experience
2 years: Experience in stamping presses. (preferred)
1 years: Experience in automotive robotic welding (preferred) Skills
