  • Support general ledger reconciliations through investigation and documentation.

  • Identify and process duplicate or suspected fraudulent in-clearing checks.

  • Prioritize daily workload to meet deadlines and maintain SLAs with minimal supervision.

  • Read and follow written procedures, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

  • Assist with CRM case resolution and interoffice requests.

  • Maintain detailed documentation and records of tasks and resolutions.

  • Provide cross-training support and share knowledge with peers to build team capacity.

  • Working knowledge of the financial services industry and bank operations practices.

  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities.

  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines and operational changes.

  • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive computer-based tasks.

Preferred Certifications:
