Location

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and highly analytical FP&A Manager to join one of the largest hospitality companies in the world. In this hands-on role, you'll lead key financial planning and analysis functions across a portfolio of Hotels, Restaurants and Spa's, within the Central and West Coast region - driving insights, improving forecasting accuracy, and supporting strategic decision-making. While this is a manager-level position, it is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, ideal for someone who thrives on deep analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasts for hotel properties, ensuring financial plans align with strategic objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Deliver insightful variance analysis and performance dashboards related to key hospitality metrics (e.g., TRevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, GOP, flow-through).
  • Financial Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models to support scenario planning, pricing decisions, margin improvement initiatives, and investment analyses.
  • Strategic Support: Partner with hotel GMs and Finance Leaders to evaluate business performance, cost structures, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Monthly & Quarterly Reporting: Prepare management reports and presentations that clearly communicate financial results, trends, and risks to senior leadership.
  • CapEx & ROI Analysis: Evaluate capital expenditure projects across hotel properties and provide ROI and payback period analysis.
  • System Optimization: Utilize BI tools and data platforms to automate reporting and improve visibility into financial and operational performance.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Support corporate and property-level initiatives such as market benchmarking, cost-benefit analyses, and acquisition/integration support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, preferably within the hotel or hospitality sector, or equivalent direct hospitality ops/finance experience
  • Expert in financial modeling, forecasting, and data interpretation
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality-specific metrics and property performance drivers
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI), ERP (Oracle), IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) and PMS systems (e.g., Opera) a strong plus
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across departments without formal authority
  • Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial insights into operational strategies

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation and performance-based bonus
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
  • Exposure to senior leadership and strategic projects across a dynamic hotel portfolio
  • Professional development and growth opportunities
  • Travel perks and hospitality discounts across our brands
  • A collaborative environment that values initiative, ownership, and innovation

If you're a finance professional with deep analytical capabilities and a passion for hospitality, this is your opportunity to make a direct impact-no team to manage, just big ideas to deliver. Apply today.
