We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to play a vital role in managing and updating provider information at one of the fastest-growing health plans in Northern California! *About the Role:* As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately maintaining "Provider Changes," including updating vital information like phone numbers, addresses, and fax numbers. Your work will directly impact our ability to serve up to 10 providers at a time. This is an excellent chance to ensure precision and quality in a crucial aspect of healthcare operations. *Key Responsibilities:* - Accurately manage and update a high volume of provider changes. - Input new provider information into the system with attention to detail. - Collaborate with the team to ensure all data is correctly entered across multiple platforms. - Maintain high productivity and quality standards to prevent claim rejections and misinformation. *What We're Looking For:* - Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). - High typing speed and 10-key accuracy. - 3+ years of experience as a data entry specialist. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. - Exceptional attention to detail and capacity to prioritize critical information. - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. *Work Environment:* - Position will start onsite in Fairfield, with potential hybrid work options after 6 months. - Enjoy a flexible schedule Monday to Friday, with hours from 8 am to 5 pm (flexibility to start at 7:30 am or 8:30 am). - Work collaboratively in a cubicle environment with a supportive team. *Ready to Join Us?* If you're excited about making a difference in the healthcare industry, we want to hear from you!
