As a Clinical Sales Training Manager, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. Baxter's Medical Products and Therapies (MPT) division offers a comprehensive portfolio including Infusion Systems, Nutritional Therapies, IV Fluids, among other critical care and life saving devices and is designed to expand access to products that provide innovative care and support patient safety. Our MPT employees across the globe are passionate about driving customer-centered innovation, bringing new and differentiated products and equipment to the market, and helping patients receive the medications they need. We are looking for a passionate and transformative individual to help enable our high-performance sales and clinical support teams. In this role, you'll be at the center of crafting our future sales force and clinicians. You will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that equip our teams with the vital skills and knowledge to provide impactful solutions to patients globally. You will help identify, build, and conduct training for the full US MPT sales teams including commercial clinical team members supporting sales. In strong partnership with our commercial training and development Center of Excellence (COE), you will have the opportunity to collaboratively develop, deliver, and launch learning collateral for our new hires, and improve our commercial teams. As we launch new products at a rapid pace, you'll be on point to ensure that our sale force is proficient in product knowledge, clinical application, industry trends, and customer needs. This also extends beyond the launch through product implementations to drive launch success from end to end. What you'll be doing:
What you'll bring: * Bachelor's degree required. * Clinical nursing experience is required. * At least 2 years of healthcare industry with proven sales success strongly preferred. * Commercial Training experience is preferred. * Residing in the Chicagoland area is optional. * Travel up to 50% to host workshops and training events, which may include weekend travel. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $80,000 - $180,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
