Position Highlights	This Research Tech I position is for a project coordinator (PC) position on a NIMH-funded research study directed by Drs. Sbarra and Andrews-Hanna in the Department of Psychology at the University of Arizona. The PC is responsible for administrative oversight of the study; recruiting and running research participants; data management; and, personnel management of study research assistants. The person in this position is interpersonally effective and enthusiastic. Duties & Responsibilities	Recruiting, screening and running research participants. Data management and maintaining study workflows. Management of student laboratory personnel, including undergraduate research assistants. Leading weekly study business meetings and organizing, maintaining, and following-up on agenda items. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
Minimum Qualifications	High school diploma or high school diploma equivalency is required.
