*Job Description*
As the front-line contact for both internal and external customers, this position is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience related to water heaters and part orders. The role involves accepting and processing orders, coordinating with the shipping, production, control, and warehouse teams to ensure customer requirements are met, and assisting customers with product selection, order tracking, problem resolution, and warranty inquiries via phone and email. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Proficient computer skills and comprehensive knowledge of relevant software, including the MS Office Suite. * Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a matrix team environment. * Ability to read, write, and comprehend technical instructions, short correspondence, and memos. * Capability to support multiple products and prioritize various projects. * Experience with CRM and ERP systems, as well as other business software. * Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
