Deep understanding of the telecommunications industry Position Description Dynamic and results-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support our indirect channel sales team. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, providing actionable insights, project managing strategic initiatives, and a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large datasets, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Indirect Channel Sales Support: * Provide administrative and operational support to the Indirect Channel sales team. * Assist with sales forecasting and pipeline management * Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities. Data Analytics: * Analyze sales and marketing programs to extract meaningful insights. * Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports to track the performance of indirect channel programs. * Use data to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making. System Entry: * Accurately input and maintain data in various systems and databases. * Ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems. Project Management: * Manage and coordinate various projects, from initiation to completion. * Develop project plans, track progress, and identify potential risks. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Budget Management: * Assist with budget planning, tracking, and analysis. * Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities. Post-Program Support: * Collect, analyze, and report on post-program data and insights. * Identify key learnings and recommendations for future programs. Process Improvement: * Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes. * Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors. Requirements: * Experience in the telecommunications industry. * 10+ years of experience in business operations, data analytics, or a related field. * Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights. * Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
