Security Officer - Hotel Patrol

As a Security Officer - Hotel Patrol in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts and more .

As a Patrol Officer in a renowned hotel and resort setting, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas to help deter security-related incidents. Your presence will be crucial in maintaining a secure environment while providing exceptional customer service to guests and staff. This unarmed position requires individuals who are 21 years or older and hold a TX-SP Registration-AUS. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and acting with integrity. Your role will also involve assisting guests and addressing their concerns with professionalism.

Pay Rate: $14.94 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Texas Security Professional Guard Card required.
• Be able to lift up to 20 lbs; this is preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
