Position Summary: Assist clients in securing full-time or part-time employment that aligns with their goals. Work is integral to mental wellness and recovery.

Responsibilities:



  1. Assess client employment needs, strengths, and barriers to create tailored treatment plans
  2. Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, social services, and state agencies
  3. Educate and support employers on client needs; help with job accommodations
  4. Accompany clients to interviews and appointments
  5. Assist with resumes, applications, and skill-building
  6. Develop interview skills and post-hiring support
  7. Participate in after-hours on-call rotation


Qualifications/Experience:

EDUCATION AND LICENSURE:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred. Relevant work experience may substitute for education.

EXPERIENCE: 6 months of community-related work experience required; experience with mental health issues preferred.
