The Supervisor, Referral & Document Management - Remote leads a small team of employees responsible for referral and document management on a Territory level for the consolidated team. Collaborates with internal and external partners to ensure appropriate clinical documentation is received to prevent delays in patient care. Provides support to the local clinics and consolidated teams to ensure documentation meets the compliance requirements. Assists the Mgr, Referral & Document Management to optimize workflows to enhance productivity and timely patient access to healthcare products and services as well as positive patient interactions. Will work on referral and document management tasks as needed. This role will be supporting the Mid-states region. All candidates are eligible to apply. Preferred candidates will have knowledge of the Mid-States payer knowledge and office administrative experience. Your Impact Referral Management

#LI-Remote Salary range of $60,600 to $91,000 per year + 10% annual bonus potential. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables Our Investment in You
