Job Summary |
The College of Liberal Arts Psychological Sciences office is seeking a dedicated
Academic Programs Administrator to join our team. In this role, the selected candidate will assist the
ABA program directors with scheduling and coordinating behavioral services, training new and current direct-care staff, training and mentoring undergraduate research assistants, and oversight and supervision of the residential activities coordinator.
This is a one-year limited term appointment. Continuation of employment will be contingent upon availability of funding (that is likely but not guaranteed) and performance. This position will be located in Mt. Meigs, Alabama. |
Essential Functions |
- Assists with scheduling and coordinating clinical services
- Assist with training new and current direct-care staff
- Assist with training and mentoring undergraduate research assistants as well as keeping a record of URA performance
- Assist with oversight and supervision of the activities coordinator
- Ensure all materials and items are secured and ready for events
- Assist with the delivery of clinical services as needed
- Serve as liaison with other Division of Youth Services providers to ensure collaboration of care
