What you'll do.

The Associate Membership Program Manager is a dynamic and vital contributor to driving membership growth and engagement. In this role, you'll focus on key initiatives to enhance member experiences, ensuring seamless membership dues launches, renewals, and application processes. Your expertise will extend to data analytics and reporting, where you'll play a key role in ensuring data accuracy while providing insightful recommendations for process improvements. By combining your passion for exceptional member service with a keen eye for data-driven decision-making, you'll help elevate the overall membership experience and support the continued success of the program.

What we look for.

Education:

  • Associates Degree in Communications, Business, Management, Computer Science or related field is required
  • Bachelors degree is preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years customer service is required
  • Minimum 1 year data reporting and analysis experience is preferred
  • Experience working in an association is preferred

*Equivalent combination of education and experience beyond the minimum requirement may be substituted for qualification requirements.

Travel Requirements: Minimal travel required - approximately 5%.

Location: Minneapolis, MN and is identified as hybrid (required to work in the office with the ability to work remotely part of the week)

Schedule: Rarely beyond standard work schedule is required
