Staffmark has partnered with a leading mail processing company in Fife, WA, and searching for a Lead Mail Processor to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the company's success using your leadership skills and all the while supporting your professional development!

Schedule: Monday-Friday start time varies 5pm - 4am. Must be flexible with start times, they can vary from 5-8-hour shifts.

Pay: $21/hr.

As a Lead Mail Processor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations while guiding, coaching, and supporting both new and existing team members. You must be able to walk the floor, maintain strong working relationships with staff, and communicate effectively. Reliability, good attendance, and the ability to lift 50lbs or more are essential, along with strong communication, reading, and writing skills. Additionally, you will be expected to manage daily reports and ensure the smooth execution of all assigned warehouse production tasks.

Qualifications: This is considered an entry-level position; however, 6 months of experience in a fast-paced work environment is preferred. Ideal candidates will have some leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage teams ranging from 15 to 40 people (or more/less as needed) and demonstrate strong people skills.
