Summary: The Dietary Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and participation in a variety of routine and more complex food service and food preparation activities; including maintaining the departmental day to day operations, monitoring and prioritizing workflow and assignment schedules and ensuring adherence to high quality standards and sanitation procedures. Requirements: A. Education/Skills * High School diploma or equivalent * Ability to communicate both orally and in writing B. Experience * Two (2) years dietary or related experience in unit operations to include food preparation, distribution, catering, inventory and purchasing. * Supervision experience preferred * Ability to use computer, calculator and other office machinery. * Working knowledge of proper food handling procedures including proper temperatures, labeling and storage. C. Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications: * Food Handlers Certificate Work Type: Full Time |
