*Key Responsibilities:* * *Vehicle Sale Coordination:* Be the backbone of our sales process by managing invoicing, completing paperwork, confirming vehicle readiness for pickup, collecting payments, and assisting customers every step of the way. * *Customer Service:* Become the go-to person for customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. * *Documentation:* Play a crucial role in obtaining signed documents from customers and entering sales-related information into systems like SalesForce.com and Fleetnet. * *Data Management:* Keep our data organized and up-to-date by maintaining Microsoft Access and Excel spreadsheets. * *Communication:* Provide clear and helpful information to customers and associates, making sure everyone is on the same page. *Qualifications:* * *Experience:* Bring your 2+ years of administrative support and customer service experience to a team that values your skills. * *Skills:* Showcase your strong organizational, time management, and communication abilities.
